The
one-piece PROTECT-QUIK-SUIT® was designed and developed to overcome
issues of weight, intense heat, suit-up time as well as restricted
movement of wearing conventional protective gear. It has substantial
protection built-in, versatile and also provides unrestricted
movement. The suit has a lightweight, breathable, washable material
and makes suit-up time in less than one minute. It can be worn
as a stand-alone uniform or worn over clothes.

Padding
at the elbows and forearms are soft styled for comfort
and flexibility. All padding in the PROTECT-QUIK-SUIT®
is modular and encased in envelopes that allows the padding
to be easily removed for washing of the jumpsuit. |

OPTIONAL: Stab proof protection available for front and back
torso.
Wide
velcro belt keepers are built-in for securing duty belts.
Rear
torso features soft spine protection as well as shoulder areas.
Waist Area is elasticized and gusseted for flexibility and waist
sizing differences.
Hardened,
strong plastic knee and shin protection has Velcro adjusters
for secure fit.
Wide
lower pant leg area with large zippers and Velcro adjusters
for blousing or wearing over boots.
COLOR:
The PROTECT-QUIK-SUIT® is presently available in a light gray
BDU color for inside and outside use to reduce heat exposure.
Other colors will become available in the near future.
TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATIONS
•
Padding is modular and covers the torso and spine along with
elbows, hard shell knees and shins.
• Lightweight pads also protect the forearms, shoulders and
neck.
• The knee and elbow pads register against the body with adjustable
Velcro tabs and all of the pads can be removed for cleaning
or replacement.
• In addition to a full compliment of BDU pockets, the PROTECT-QUIK-SUIT®
has multiple ventilation options with back vent, zip vent chest
pockets and full two-way, underarm zips.
• Elastic and tab waist adjustments allow for a precise fit,
utility belt loops accept wide duty belts.
• Long ankle zips ease entry and hook/loop tabs adjust the cuffs.
• Triple needle and box-x stitching, along with bartacks at
stress points and oversized hook/loop promote reliability and
durability.
• Lightweight rip-stop cotton/poly fabric is strong, dries quickly
and is cool enough to spend extended time in.
• Minimum weight, moderate protection, maximum ventilation.
